Both promise your money back when the album goes unused. The wording differs in two places that matter: your own test uploads, and the deadline.
What it means in practice: on Eventoly, uploading a few test photos yourself can take you out of the refund. On Pix Wedding you can test freely, but you need to ask within 30 days after the wedding. Eventoly names no deadline, though it may not refund after the event date if the gallery was used.

Eventoly refunds when the album was never used and nothing was uploaded, including by you. If you paid and are about to switch, ask [email protected] first and keep the album empty until you hear back.
