How QR photo sharing works at a baby shower

Only printing one QR sign
A single sign by the door gets seen by people arriving and forgotten by everyone else. Put a second small card near the gifts or food table where people naturally linger.
Forgetting to tell remote family the link exists
The QR code is for in-person guests scanning with a camera. Relatives joining virtually need the plain link sent directly, in a text or email, since they have nothing physical to scan.
Turning on film roll mode without telling anyone
