Send the link
Email info@pix.wedding from the address you paid with, with the video link and your event name. You get a reply within 1 business day, and the money usually reaches your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
The Small Print
- One refund per event, 50% of what you paid for that event.
- Post the video after you buy, and keep it public while it gets checked.
- Views have to be real. Bought views and bots don't count.
- Ask within 60 days after your event date.
