June is Sydney's wettest month at 142 mm, and March and April are not far behind, which is why a spring Saturday is the one couples chase. FixTheMusic says couples book about a year ahead for spring and summer weekends.

Most photographer packages end before the dance floor peaks, so the conga line, the dance-off and the sparkler exit end up on guests' phones. Those photos scatter across a dozen camera rolls unless you collect them on the night.
