How to make wedding bingo cards in five minutes
Answer
Write at least 24 wedding moments guests are likely to see, from the first kiss to the last song. Put them into a free wedding bingo generator like the one above, which shuffles them into unique 5x5 cards with a free center square. Print one card per guest or per couple, add pens, and give a prize for the first full line.
A wedding bingo board works the same way as any bingo card: a square counts when the moment happens. The difference is the list. Ours starts with 52 wedding prompts, so you only add what is personal to the two of you.

Keep it kind
- Laugh with people, never at them: no squares about weight, exes or who drinks the most.

04Rules, patterns and prizes
How to play wedding bingo at the reception
The game runs itself once the cards are out. Decide three things in advance: who announces it, who checks winning cards, and when it ends.
- Step 1
Make one card per guest or per couple
Generate the cards above, print them and add a few spares. Unique cards mean fewer people call bingo on the same moment.
- Step 2
Put a card and a pen at every place setting
Cards on the chairs or plates at dinner work best. Add a small sign with the rules so nobody has to ask.
- Step 3
Have the DJ or MC announce the game
One line after dinner is enough: what counts as a square, how to win and where to bring a winning card.
- Step 4
Guests mark squares when they see the moment
Wedding bingo runs on the honor system. A square counts when the guest saw it happen, not when someone told them about it.
- Step 5
Check winners at one spot
Name one checker, usually a bridesmaid or the planner, so the couple is not judging cards during their own party.
- Step 6
Close the game after a set moment
Pick an end, like the cake cutting or the last song, and hand out the remaining prizes then.

Our rule of thumb, not survey data: guests plus 10 percent spares for latecomers and spilled drinks. The generator makes up to 10 unique cards per run, so the last column is how many times to click Regenerate for one card per guest.
Print one card per page
The Print Card button opens the card on screen in a clean print view, one card per page. Print each card from its tab.
Save a PDF for the print shop
Choose Save as PDF in the print dialog. A copy shop can then run the cards on card stock in one go.
Use card stock, not copy paper
Guests write on their laps and on wet tables. Thicker paper survives the night and looks better on the place setting.
Trim and test one first
Print a single card and check that every square reads clearly before you print the full batch.

A classic card is 5x5: 24 squares plus a free space in the center. That is the format this generator makes, with L-O-V-E and a heart in place of B-I-N-G-O. You need at least 24 active prompts before it will generate, and more prompts make the cards more different from each other.
A simple rule is one card per guest plus about 10 percent spares, so 110 cards for 100 guests. One card per couple halves that, and one per table works for a lighter game. The generator makes up to 10 unique cards per run, so click Regenerate for the next batch.
